Dogs With Jobs: Sorting Through the Myths and Misconceptions

February 9, 2019
Location:
Watertown TV Studio (In the basement of City Hall)106 Jones Street,  Watertown, WI

Be part of a live audience at the Watertown TV studio. Meet Fitzgerald William, a five-year old basset hound and registered therapy dog! Fitz has one job: he brings comfort, support, and companionship to everyone he meets in a variety of settings.
Join Fitz for an interactive presentation and learn how therapy dogs are trained and tested and the role they play in health care and other settings. We’ll also discuss the difference between assistance dogs, service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs. The event is free, but space is limited, so message us on Facebook Messenger, or text or call to reserve your seat. Please leave your pets at home for this event.
